A good friend of mine moved and just had a home inspection done. I figured I would share some information because as I listened to her discuss her home adventures with me, I realized a home inspection could save a lot of time and money. Granted, nobody wants to spend money on something like that.It seems so tedious, especially in times like today. I can’t help but think like everyone else- we don’t want to spend money unless absolutely necessary!Home Inspector Naples

is the ispection service my good Friend Becca was telling me about. After looking into it myself, I decided to get an inspection done on my own home. You wouldn’t let your car go without an oil change, or new breaks if needed and your home should be the same way. If people neglect taking care of their homes then eventually the lack of effort will catch up with them as it usually does and you will probably have to spend twice as much money.

Ingersoll Rand Tools have been around since 1905. With over 100 years experience under their belt, Ingersoll Rand now offers a complete line of air tools and accessories for the automotive enthusiast, air compressors, lubrication equipment , installation, and service programs for the shop owner/manager, and power, speed, and durability to the do it yourselfer.

In an automotive shop, there are a ton of nuts and bolts that need to removed, put back on, and tightened down again. A technician might travel to different job sites to do repairs. Or there might be a mobile repair vehicle that will travel to your home. You might use an air impact wrench for automotive maintenance at your home. Wherever the location, an air impact wrench is a useful, if not essential, tool to have. The average homeowner might not have an air impact wrench in the trunk if they have a flat, but they might call someone who does either a technician or friend. Regardless who is called to help, this wrench is portable. You might be thinking, of course, the wrench is portable. But, an air impact wrench requires a compressor tank. The compressor tank gives this wrench that “punch” when the air is forced out to perform the nut/bolt tightening or loosening. One of the neat advantages to this portability is it can work in a wet environment. There is no electricity running from the compressor to the wrench, thus, no electrocution. An air impact wrench is also very powerful, requiring minimal maintenance.

Sounds like a great tool to own. The Ingersoll Rand 231C 1/2-Inch Super Duty Air impact Wrench has an adjustable power regulator. With a ¼ npt inch air inlet and 3/8 inch minimum hose size, you can get 1200 blows per minute! Its free speed is 8000 RPM’s, but it has variable speeds available. With this jumbo impact, twin hammer mechanism it can offer 450 ft/lbs. maximum torque for your working needs, and all weighing less than 6 lbs.

Handling chemicals, oils, and fuel can be a dangerous business if you don’t have the right tools for the job. Similarly, removing these liquids from a vehicle in order to service it can be tricky. It is important to invest in a quality fuel transfer pump to be qualified to handle this task correctly. The Tuthill Transfer 1210C 12 Volt Fuel Transfer Pump 14 GPM is an industry standard and will deliver excellent performance for your fuel transfer needs.

This quality pump dispenses up to 15 gallons per minute or 57 liters per minute. All this power is packed into a design that weighs only 27 pounds, including the hose and nozzle, and its draw is easy on the DC power source it requires. With power comes great responsibility, so the saying goes, and this pump complies: to keep you safe, it is powered by an explosion-proof 1/4 HP motor, which contains durable permanent magnet and ball bearings.

The Tuthill Transfer 1210C 12 Volt Fuel Transfer Pump 14 GPM provides extra protection and durability by being equipped with a heavy-duty switch, thermal overload protection, and a junction box. The battery cable is made of a high-quality durable material and the rotor is solid iron.
An automatic by-pass valve and built-in strainer add to the ease of use of this pump. The 12 foot hose is equipped with a static ground. The manual nozzle is protected by a nozzle boot to prevent dirt and other contaminant from interfering.

The Tuthill Transfer 1210C 12 Volt Fuel Transfer Pump 14 GPM connects to tank openings with its 2 inch threaded base. The corrosion-proof section pipe adjusts to fit the job and vehicle’s needs, and its vanes are made of machined carbon. To protect your investment, the pump may be padlocked, and it is also rain proof, so it may be left outside, keeping it accessible wherever it may be used most.

Chicago Pneumatic has a product range of over 2000 tools and accessories, so it is no wonder their name is linked with the success of much of the US automotive industry in both production-line speed and cost-efficiency. When it is time to choose a tool like an impact wrench, that will be part of the backbone of your workshop, it is important to select a brand that echoes reliability and experience. The Chicago Pneumatic 772H 3/4 inch Drive Heavy Duty Impact Wrench is a perfect example of the company’s unequaled strength of design and leadership in the market.

This is the smoothest operating 3/4 in. Air Impact Wrench on the market and boasts unmatched durability. Only one hand is required to change the power on the Chicago Pneumatic 772H 3/4 in. Drive Heavy Duty Impact Wrench from forward to reverse, leaving your other hand free for the rest of the task. You have the option of four different power settings to accommodate many different jobs, and the wrench offers ultimate power in reverse. Its working torque rage is 150 to 700 ft lbs, while its maximum torque at 90psi in reverse is 1,000 ft lbs. The improved oil bath DYNA-PACT clutch provides higher performance and extends the life of this wrench.

Chicago Pneumatic produces tools that work with efficiency and make your job easier. The Chicago Pneumatic 772H 3/4 inch Heavy Duty Impact Wrench has a new contoured handle to keep it from sliding out of sweaty hands during operation. The handle exhaust has a 360 degree air inlet swivel to help you avoid a kinked hose, and the teasing throttle design provides precise control. This is the perfect tool for the assembly and maintenance of buses, RVs, farm machinery, and construction equipment.

Cheaper alternatives to a quality strut spring compressor may not accommodate the wide variety of suspension systems that you will encounter in today’s vehicles. Even the heaviest coil-over-shocks are no problem for the Branick 7400 Model 7400 Strut Spring Compressor. Other compressor may require additional adapters when dealing with such systems as the Ford F-150 or the Toyota RAV-4. The 7400 accommodates exceptionally long springs without issue, and of course it can also handle short, narrow, or angled springs perfectly. Customizing the 7400 to your preference is easy: an optional bench mount is available, or if you would like to combine sturdiness with full mobility, adding the mobile cart to the compressor is an option.

In response to concerns of the people who use their instruments in the field, Branick has made changes in their Model 7400 Strut Spring Compressor. The front is more open, giving the technician more room to disassemble long struts, and the new longer handles give extra torque, making the job easier. Branick’s over 30 years of supplying strut service tools has given them an edge over other suppliers in quality, but it has also taught them the importance of listening to their customers.

A vehicle’s engine can be a delicate piece of machinery. For example, proper operation depends on keeping it at the correct temperature. If the engine is too cold, it won’t run well, and if it gets too hot, the engine can overheat, causing damage to the system and the vehicle, or even igniting an engine fire. The radiator’s job is integral to keeping the car cool and preventing these costly and unsafe conditions and that means that maintaining and testing radiators is a common part of regular tune-ups.

However, the vast number of different makes and models of vehicles influences the types and sizes of radiators used, and that makes the technician’s job somewhat trickier. The Astro Pneumatic 7858 Universal Radiator Pressure Tester simplifies the process. Containing many different adapters allows it to test almost any vehicle’s radiator without searching for separate parts or kits.

This tester makes diagnostics of vehicles’ higher pressure cooling systems and pressure caps simple. The radiator pressure gauge tests within a pressure range of 0 to 35 pounds, and the dial gauges are color coded in bright hues, making it easy to choose the correct gauge for the car. The entire tester is encased in a blow molded case that keeps everything organized and makes the kit easy to transport.

Included in the Astro Pneumatic 7858 Universal Radiator Pressure Tester is a #0 temperature gauge and a #1 pressure testing pump, along with adapters to service the following makes: GM (Cadillac), Benz, Ford, GM (Buick), Jeep, Peugeot, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mazda, Toyota, Subaru, Infiniti, Geo, Suzuki, Isuzu, Lexus; Honda, Opal, VW, BMW245, Saab, and Jaguar, Volvo, Audi, Citron, Renault, Fiat, Alfa, New VW, VW T4, New Audi A4, A5, A6, BMW345, BMW, International, and Rover. And to cover other models, a #78581 universal adapter is provided.

Personal Evaporative Cooler is an effective option. Evaporative cooling is nature’s method of cooling and the way your body cools itself as it perspires. Moisture evaporates from your skin and takes heat with it.

The Adobe Air MMB12 12in. Personal Evaporative Cooler is able to cool 1,000 cubic feet per minute and may be used in a work space or outside on a patio or lawn. Air conditioning is not an efficient method of cooling air outside. Evaporative cooling handles this task easily, as it is extremely inexpensive to run, using plain water and plugging into standard 120 volt receptacles.
